  • The virtual filing process begins with our client onboarding. You'll review our engagement letter and fill out a short questionnaire. After completing the onboarding, you'll be directed to our mobile link. There, you'll input your information, including details about yourself, your spouse, and dependents if applicable. Additionally, you can upload your tax documents securely through the mobile link. Our team will review your entries, and if any more information is needed, you'll receive a text message from our encrypted office line at 860-407-3353. It's safe to upload requested documents through this text. If no extra info is required, we'll proceed with preparing your return. Once done, your tax professional will schedule a client review via Zoom to go over your return, capture electronic signatures, and handle the payment.

  • To successfully file your tax return, it's essential to have several key documents ready. If you're a new client, providing a copy of your prior year's return is crucial for accurate filing. Additionally, ensure you have your photo ID and, if applicable, your spouse's ID on hand. Collect Social Security cards for yourself, your spouse, and any dependents you'll claim. Gather all tax-related documents, such as W-2s, 1099s, and any other forms detailing income. If you're self-employed or have business income and expenses, compile those records as well. Lastly, having your direct deposit details handy will facilitate a seamless process for receiving any refunds. Organizing and providing these documents will enable us to efficiently prepare and file your return, ensuring compliance and maximizing potential benefits.

  • Your chosen tax professional will communicate with you through our office line via text. Be sure to save this number to your contacts: 860-407-3353. This number is connected to our CRM software, allowing you to text and upload documents if needed. Please do not send any tax documents or other sensitive information, such as SSN or ID, to your tax professional's personal phone. All documents should only be uploaded to the office number, as it is encrypted and will keep your information safe within our system.

  • We provide several payment options for our virtual tax services. You can use credit or debit cards for payment. Additionally, we offer Klarna payments for your convenience. If you prefer, our preparation fees can be deducted from your refund, although please note that certain bank fees may apply with this option.
